About Us

My lifelong dedication to animals has allowed me to gain a great deal of experience caring for a multitude of different kinds of domesticated pets. I’ve been a foster dog mom many times over the years, as well.  While studying at Valdosta State University, I organized a small rescue and foster house operation. In danger of being euthanized, we took in as many shelter dogs as we could to give them the safe haven they needed until loving families could bring them to their new forever homes.  While living in the U.S. Virgin Islands, I fostered dogs undergoing heartworm treatment, providing them with the safe, quiet and calm environment necessary for their recovery, always making sure they were as comfortable as possible, showered with love and affection.  I have been a volunteer dog walker for a number of shelters, a favorite and deeply gratifying pastime of mine. 

Once upon a time, I was a professionally licensed charter boat captain which taught me the importance of having a meticulous eye for detail - Rest assured, anything out of the ordinary with your pet and/or home will not be overlooked or missed, and appropriate actions will be taken immediately and accordingly to the particular situation at hand.  You can count on me to be reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and respectful of your home.   

I believe that the connection and bond between animals and humans is so very special, a precious relationship that should never be taken for granted.  I love and honor each pet who comes into my life with professional care and a huge heart.  Your pets will always be cared for as if they were my own.  They will feel safe, loved, and happy all while having tons of fun and the best possible experience while you are away.  I want to be your pet's best friend 🤗
